The first month is included. Monthly subscription billing begins in month 2. The first machine is $99/month and each additional machine at the same site is $49/month.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Future monthly subscription charges stop after the applicable current billing period.
Can we purchase using a PO?
Yes. Quote-based and PO-based procurement are supported, including ACH, bank transfer, and standard vendor onboarding.
Do you offer dealer or service provider pricing?
Yes. Approved dealers and service providers receive 50% off the one-time X11 hardware cost. The discount does not apply to monthly subscription fees. Select your organization type when requesting a quote.
